Training can be something to be endured: generic knowledge, badly delivered, is pointless.

Justin draws on his training as an accountant and his experience as a financial director, to make concepts accessible and relevant. He has a high-energy approach, his lively intellect being matched by a sense of humour.

He specialises in training on “Value Creation”: a strategic finance tool used by a senior management team to:
- understand the drivers of value in their business,
- choose the best strategy to exploit these drivers, and
- embed the strategy in the operation.
