Welcome

Justin Elliott is an experienced executive coach, trainer and facilitator.

He worked for 18 years in a respected multinational and gained direct experience across the finance function in operational, strategic and leadership roles.

His passion is using his financial skills to partner with other functions such as marketing, sales, or production to produce the best decisions for the company overall: to explain the financial “big picture”, make it relevant to each person’s job and translate it into action.

This passion is matched with an emphasis on “soft” skills: he has built on his natural intuition and empathy by training as a coach and now has extensive experience of coaching colleagues and clients in leadership roles.

Justin has worked with a wide range of senior and middle managers, both one-on-one and in groups. He is equally able to work across cultures, having lived in 7 countries worldwide and worked in 10.

He now uses these skills to provide coaching, training and facilitation to companies and other organisations. The business that he set up to do this is called Tadashii – click here to see why.

Why Tadashii

Right, Positive, Genuine or Just.

Why Tadashii?

Tadashii  is a Japanese character translated as right, positive, genuine or just.

These are fine qualities in themselves, and are core values for Justin.

However the character itself is also especially important to him. He was born in Japan, and his parents chose this character for him then because it best matched the literal meaning of his name. In addition, the character itself can be read as the initials “JE”.

When Justin was setting up the company it was a natural step to name it Tadashii, as a constant reminder of the values and because it is a great graphic image!
